At The Empty Nest Shop, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service. We process orders within 5-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays, and ship them via USPS from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). You may receive your items sooner, and once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email for your convenience.

For deliveries within the USA, expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. If you pay via e-check through PayPal, please note that your order will ship once the payment has cleared.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please check your junk or spam folder. Should it not be there, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. We are here to help with any concerns or questions you may have.

After your order is shipped, please direct any shipping inquiries to the U.S. Postal Service, as they are now responsible for the delivery. You can reach them at usps.com or by calling (800)275-8777.

If the tracking status shows your order as "DELIVERED" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office for resolution. We are unable to address delivery issues directly as they are managed by the U.S. Postal Service.
